Phonics Fundamentals for Teachers who dares to teach must never cease to learn gray box blue font

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday June 23-25, 2020

8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

This comprehensive and intensive course provides teachers with the necessary strategies and tools to deliver high-quality Phonics Fundamentals© IMSLEC accredited lessons based on the Orton-Gillingham approach.

$750 per person

Course content includes: alphabetic and phonemic awareness strategies, the three-part drill for structured review, tactile/kinesthetic spelling techniques for phonetic and non-phonetic words, syllabication for multisyllabic words, spelling rules, writing, guidance for lesson plans and classroom implementation. Participants have opportunities for hands-on lesson practice with other participants. Materials included.

This class is open to K-3rd grade general education teachers, K-5th grade reading specialists, Title I, RtI, paraprofessionals, and special education teachers.
